Automatic Creation of Leads and Tasks in Bitrix24
The integration enables automatic creation of Leads and Tasks for the following:
- Incoming calls: successful or missed;
- Outgoing calls: successful or missed.
You can enable automatic Lead and Task creation separately for incoming and outgoing calls.
Specifics of Lead and Task Creation
- Successful call:
- The Task is automatically closed after the call ends.
- Missed call:
- The Task remains open after the call ends.
- Incoming call:
- The Lead and Task are created immediately upon receiving the notification “Incoming call to virtual number”.
- Outgoing call:
- The Lead and Task are created immediately upon receiving the notification “Outgoing call”.
Important
- If the inquiry is a repeat, neither a Lead nor a Task will be created automatically.
- The “Additional Fields” option allows you to add extra data to the automatically created Lead or an existing Contact/Company. This enhances informational value and improves subsequent analysis.
- When creating a Deal, Contact, or Company from a Lead, visitor data is automatically transferred to the newly created entity, significantly simplifying further work with statistics in Bitrix24.
