When the integration is connected, employees from Bitrix24 are automatically imported into the CallGear personal account, eliminating the need to create them manually.
Required Fields for Bitrix24 Employees:
When new employees are created in Bitrix24, they will be automatically imported into CallGear. However, there may be a delay since synchronization occurs every 30 minutes. To ensure the employee appears in CallGear immediately after creation in Bitrix24, go to the integration settings, open the “Data Access” tab, and click “Synchronize” in the “Employee Synchronization” section.
During the import process, CallGear searches for employees using the unique Bitrix24 identifier. If not found, the search is conducted using the email address.
If an employee has a phone number in Bitrix24 but no numbers in CallGear, the number is added to CallGear in the following order:
