The integration enables the complete communication history to be stored in a contact’s card. The history is saved based on the following priority:

  1. Contact
  2. Company
  3. Lead

The integration allows call recordings to be uploaded to lead, contact, or company cards according to the following priority:

  1. Contact
  2. Company
  3. Lead

Rules for Saving Recordings:

Key Features:

  1. The storage size for call recordings in Bitrix24 is paid and depends on your Bitrix24 plan.
  2. The retention time of recordings in CallGear does not affect how long recordings are stored in Bitrix24. Once transferred, recordings remain in Bitrix24, and listening to them does not involve CallGear.
  3. If a transfer error occurs, the integration retries at intervals of: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours.
    After this, no further attempts are made.
  4. Recordings are transferred only after the call ends. Transfer time depends on the file size.
  5. Recordings can be listened to directly in Bitrix24.
