Advanced Lead Generation Analytics: Bitrix24

To enable this feature, contact CallGear support. After connecting the Sales Funnels component, additional fields will be available in the Advanced Lead Generation Analytics report.

With Advanced Lead Generation Analytics, you can:

  • Track the number of Deals with and without sources and their amounts;
  • Calculate the average Deal cycle;
  • View Lead costs and their changes at specific funnel stages;
  • Build reports on key financial metrics based on Bitrix24 data;
  • Import Deal data from CRM for specific funnels (if you have several) into the Advanced Lead Generation Analytics report to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in revenue terms.

In the Bitrix24 integration settings, go to the Advanced Lead Generation Analytics section and enable the “Transfer sales funnels” option. Choose a conversion model: “last interaction before Deal creation,” “last interaction before Contact creation,” or “last interaction before Lead creation.”

The choice of conversion model depends on your business specifics and internal customer tracking processes. If it’s important to know which advertising channel led to the first customer interaction, choose the “last interaction before Lead creation” or “last interaction before Contact creation” model (depending on CRM usage). If it’s more critical to consider which channel led a returning customer to make a purchase, select the “last interaction before Deal creation” model.

When you change the conversion model in the settings, reports in CallGear dynamically update.

Select the funnels you want to see in the Advanced Lead Generation Analytics report. In the Advanced Lead Generation Analytics report, Deals at stages are displayed cumulatively: you will see how many Deals passed through a stage, not how many Deals are currently at a specific stage. Now you can track the cost of acquiring a Deal that reached a certain stage and the conversion from an inquiry to a Deal stage.
