Automatic Creation of Leads and Tasks in Bitrix24

The integration enables automatic creation of Leads and Tasks for the following:

  • Incoming calls: successful or missed;
  • Outgoing calls: successful or missed.

You can enable automatic Lead and Task creation separately for incoming and outgoing calls.

Specifics of Lead and Task Creation

  1. Successful call:
    • The Task is automatically closed after the call ends.
  2. Missed call:
    • The Task remains open after the call ends.
  3. Incoming call:
    • The Lead and Task are created immediately upon receiving the notification “Incoming call to virtual number”.
  4. Outgoing call:
    • The Lead and Task are created immediately upon receiving the notification “Outgoing call”.

Important

  1. If the inquiry is a repeat, neither a Lead nor a Task will be created automatically.
  2. The “Additional Fields” option allows you to add extra data to the automatically created Lead or an existing Contact/Company. This enhances informational value and improves subsequent analysis.
  3. When creating a Deal, Contact, or Company from a Lead, visitor data is automatically transferred to the newly created entity, significantly simplifying further work with statistics in Bitrix24.
