Handling Calls Ordered via “Callback” in Bitrix24
If you use the callback form from Bitrix24 and want to receive these calls on a CallGear virtual number, follow these steps:
- Go to Integration → Settings.
- Open the Telephony tab.
- Select the required virtual number in the Receive on Number field.
Important
Calls ordered through the callback form will be processed in the same way as all incoming calls directed to the selected virtual number.
Setting Up the Callback Form in Bitrix24
- In the sidebar menu, click More.
- Select Open Channels.
- In the “More” menu, choose Website Widget.
- In the Preset Widgets section, click Edit.
- In the opened form, select CallGear Application in the Callback field.
- Click Save.
