Integration in “Other Telephony” Mode
If your telephony is already integrated with Bitrix24 and meets your call automation needs, you can select “Other” in the “Telephony Used” parameter in the integration settings.
In this mode, the following features are available:
- Filling additional fields in the matched Contact, Company, or Lead card (selection is made in the specified order).
- Transferring sales data from CRM to CallGear.
Important:
In “Other Telephony” mode, additional fields are filled after the call ends, not during the call.
