Managing Additional Fields in Integration with Bitrix24
The integration allows you to enhance further analysis capabilities and increase the informativeness of Lead, Contact, Deal, or Company cards by populating them with additional fields. The system enables you to specify which fields should always be updated in Lead, Contact, or Company cards and which should be created only once. Additionally, you can link existing additional fields in a Lead to additional fields from CallGear.
When creating a Deal, Contact, or Company from a Lead, visitor data is automatically transferred to the newly created entity, significantly simplifying the work with statistics in Bitrix24. This is handled automatically by Bitrix24.

Additional Fields Functionality
- The list of additional fields in integration settings is fetched from the additional fields configured for Leads in Bitrix24.
- If a new field is created in the integration settings, it is automatically added to Bitrix24 for Contacts, Companies, and Leads.
- When linking an existing additional field to a field in CallGear, the system searches for this field in Contacts and Companies after clicking “Save.” If the field is not found, it is created.
- If two identical fields with the same name are found in Contacts or Companies, the system selects the first one from the list.
