Transferring Chats from “Open Lines” in Bitrix24

This solution allows you to transfer chats from the Bitrix24 online widget and messengers to the CallGear service for further analysis of advertising effectiveness.

What Data is Transferred

  • Contact details (name, phone number, email);
  • Date and time of creation;
  • Session data (ad campaign, source, UTM tags, etc.);
  • Default ad campaign or source if the session is missing (for messengers);
  • Chat text.

Integration Setup

  1. Go to the “Integrations” section and select “Open Lines: B24.”
  2. Fill in the credentials.

Once the integration is connected, chats will appear in the “Raw Data → Inquiries and Goals” section.

Important

To ensure the integration works correctly, submit a test inquiry through the Bitrix24 “Open Lines” widget.
