Transferring Deals from Bitrix24 to CallGear
If you are using advertising analytics plans, including call tracking, and want to see sales data from Bitrix24 in the Deals List and Inbound Analytics reports, you can set up deal transfers to CallGear in just a few clicks in the Indbound Analytics section of the integration settings.

How to Configure Deal Transfers
- Enable the Transfer Deals from Bitrix24 option.
- Specify whether the deal transferred to CallGear should be linked to the first or last interaction.
Key Features of the “Link Deals to” Setting:
- If “last interaction” is selected, the transferred deal will be linked to the last lead interaction at the time of deal closure through additional channels or call tracking numbers.
- If “first interaction” is selected, the deal will be linked to the first lead interaction through additional channels or call tracking numbers.
Transferred deals will be displayed in the Deals List report in the CallGear personal account.
