Working with Call Tracking in Bitrix24

The transfer of virtual numbers to call tracking in Bitrix24 is automated. Numbers used for collecting statistics can be assigned to different advertising sources.

To enable automatic synchronization with numbers from our telephony, activate the “Transfer virtual numbers as a source of inquiry” option. Once this setting is activated, all numbers will be transferred to the “Phone Numbers” list in Bitrix24 call tracking.

Important: This feature only works when the “Callback from Bitrix24” setting is enabled. This is due to the specific implementation of call tracking in Bitrix24.
