Handling Missed Calls in Bitrix24 Integration
The integration provides two methods for processing missed calls:
- Via a Task:
The creation of tasks cannot be enabled or disabled separately. - Via an Open Line Chat:
This can be configured in the integration settings.
Via a Task
- For a missed call, the task remains open and is attached to the lead, contact, or company card.
- The task can be viewed immediately in the respective card.
