Handling Missed Calls in Bitrix24 Integration

The integration provides two methods for processing missed calls:

  1. Via a Task:
    The creation of tasks cannot be enabled or disabled separately.
  2. Via an Open Line Chat:
    This can be configured in the integration settings.

Via a Task

  • For a missed call, the task remains open and is attached to the lead, contact, or company card.
  • The task can be viewed immediately in the respective card.
